Very disappointed in how they handled things for me and my family! They had no cars we had reservations. So they told me I can get a car in Chattanooga I agreed because I had to go through there anyways and I had to have a car! Needless to say they didn't tell me that I had to be a resident of Chattanooga because I don't have a major credit card! So therefore once again my daughter is in tears! My aunt was coming to help with her card the manager their said they leave at 6 and won't wait! When it was already 5:15 and she was in heavy traffic and lived atleast 40 mins away! They had no care or concern! They broke my daughter's heart she was in tears she had been waiting on this for over 10 weeks! So needless to say we had to call call call to find a place that would be open and wait on us! Thank goodness for Dollar Rental they made sure we got a car and put a smile on my daughter's face! As for enterprise idk the place I originally put in for a car I hope they learned a lesson! There's much more they could of done like keep their word call me back like they kept saying they would and care about your customer! The guy was really sorry but the guys in Chattanooga could careless! They bout cause me a nervous break down I was in tears just like my daughter! The event we were going too had been planned for so long and meant so much to us! I feel as if they really don't know hoe to appreciate their customers who make their paycheck! I believe the guy in Tullahoma won't make the mistake again ! My husband asked him to please learn from this and keep it from happening again! I feel he was really sincere and will take care of his future customers!
When I returned the car, I used a credit card to pay the actual amount for the rental. (69$) They charged my debit card $183 and my credit card $69. $252 is a lot to rent a mid-size car for one day. I am having a devil of a time getting the $180 removed from my debit card. I would NOT recommend them!
Reserved a compact, got a truck but it was a holiday no compacts were available. After trip they made up for the difference in vehicle and fuel cost. Highly satisfied with customer service. Will recomend and be a reurn customer. Excellent customer service.
Making reservations on the website is simple and straight forward. The staff at the Tullahoma Enterprise are courteous and always available for answers to my questions. Pick - up and drop - off is fast and convenient.
Friendly staff, nice cars. Only complaint is sometimes they don't tell you when you have a security deposit fee
Won't use Enterprise in Tullahoma again. Rented a GPS that didn't work (Although they did refund that amount). I used my debit card to reserve the auto.
