These guys were awesome! Best service I've experienced in Tullahoma from any business period. They were friendly speedy and went above and beyond.
I have went to Walmart for my services up until i decided to give express lube a try. Let me tell you, i go there for an oil change typically and within 15-20 minutes (a majority of the time less time than that) they have my oil changed, check my lights,my air filter,etc. They treat me like a vip customer everytime i walk through the door. Even my first time going! I am generous to leave a tip and they always give me a free car wash in return for my hospitality. They vacum my car out which saves me the time of having to do that. If i go for my breaks,oil...ANYTHING they notify me if something else looks iffy and may need possible serving soon. They give me a detailed report about their findings and keep me informed about my car. The men that work there dont treat me like "a woman who doesnt know anything about cars"..(even though i grew up around them) but i feel for women out there thats something they lack when we go to get our cars fixed. This is the greatest place i have went to by far!
The rudest people and the oil plug leaked after the change. My wife's father has just passed away and she had his wallet from the hospital in the glove box. Well the wallet disappeared. And we searched the entire car. When my wife asked them where the wallet was they looked in the car and it mysteriously showed up in the garbage bag on the passenger floor board. The manager said to my wife, "Thanks for the trust." we will never go back there again.
