TRY and remember....This stuff was giving to you for FREE...Stop acting like a high end boutique and remember your a church of God....Please get some people in there that actual care about the community other than their own personal gain or self gratification...
We received help from them. Pam is a nightmare when you really get to know her. Wolf in sheeps clothing. She'll do a 180 on you very fast. Tom, well he just has this blank disposition on his face and really no genuine character. Very monotone and doesn't seem to mind that Pam is rude and disrespectful at times. She wrote us a voucher for electric and calls me a liar. But there was a voucher she wrote but because she didn't handle her job properly we were affected by this.
ANYTHING YOU SAY TO PAM WILL BE THROWN IN YOUR FACE OR SHOUTED AROUND TOWN LIKE AN EMERGENCY TELEGRAM...DON'T LET HER FOOL YA!!
My advice, don't get personal with them and make sure you have copies of EVERYTHING they say they will help with...Its sad to see people turned away who need food when the staff is rude and tells them, just befor Christmas, You already got food 2months ago"..."We can't give you any til next year, Every 3months remember "...Sad part is, you could tell the man was hungry. Great job at making people feel wanted.
