Well, first of all, its over $20 to work out one day if you don't have a membership. Sure it applies toward your membership if you get one but if you're just in town one day to work out with family then it's not even worth it. So the front desk staff says its $20 and I was just going to turn around and walk out but my sister in law puts $20 on the counter so I was like okay and filled out all the paperwork and gave them my address just to find out it's actually $21.95 and they don't have change... Who carries exactly $21.95?? What a BS waste of time. The Y offers almost a whole week free to try out their gym and Gold's give you 3 free days, so where did PF ever get the idea that $20 for one day in a crappy gym is reasonable?? If you ever want to just join your family for a day to workout forget doing it at Planet Fitness. Even if I didn't already have a membership at Gold's I wouldn't get one at PF, their equipment isn't even that good, I didn't see a single squat rack , only Smith machines.
Great staff, great atmosphere, great trainers! Took my first class today, did the P360 & stretch with Chris and Justin and really liked both! Now I want to try more classes!
Yes, I work here, but the gym is super clean, plenty of equipment, cheap memberships. The managers are amazing and will do whatever they can to help everybody!!!! The trainers are great!!! All of us behind the desk look forward to seeing everyone everyday and helping out!!!!

Very very disappointed I love the gym but horrible management I started my plan on the 14th then was charged on 17th 3 days later. I paid $10 on the 14th for I thought was a promotion no it was for the end of there pay period which I wasn't told ended on the 17th so I paid $10 for 3 days then I got over drafted and ended up paying over $130 for 1 month of membership please be aware before you get screwed over
