Craftsman Weed Eater keeps breaking down they're very hard to load it uses oil it's New an has been replaced once already the Craftsman Weed Eater is not a good buy at Sears from the quality of the craftsmanship company...

Always have great service from this store. I own a lot of Craftsman tools and when I need one replaced they replace it with no hassle. Very friendly and helpful with everything I have bought from them. Even helped me when a Sears mall store couldn't. If Sears corporate had this kind of service they wouldn't be in the bad shape that they are.
