This Taco Bell and the one in Shelbyville offer the poorest service. The wait time is 15-20 minutes...every single time. The employees look dirty and don't get in a hurry or apologize for the slow service.
Everytime I've been here they're usually pretty fast!
SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVER!!! OVER 15 MINUTES TO GET A $5.00 BOX!!! MGR SAID THAT THEY'RE BACKED UP...ONLY 3 VEHICLES. GIRL AT DRIVE THRU HAS HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND IS STANDING WITH HER HANDS IN HER POCKETS!!!!

I I try the new $5 box at Taco Bell and my brother tried their Berry AirHeads freeze your slushy and it was really good. They are really nice they didn't seem like they were upset. They worked like a team and I love it.
