Internet is pretty good TV is just as good as everybody else only problem is that I've noticed is there modems they provide tend to overheat with time and have to be replaced which is fine if you live close enough to take it to get it changed out
Nothing good about this but the service techs. This company started out being VERY deceptive. I will cancel the minute I can. I 'HATE' THEIR TV SET UP. Going back to Direct. Internet is good, but that's ALL that is.
Staff was nice. Helpful. As a customer, very disappointed. Drove there to get equipment, which was faulty. So had to go back the next day. Not a great way to welcome a new customer
Service is always going out. Report it but they can't do anything about it until they catch what the problem is, but they still expect you to pay. Taking my business else where.
I have been with the company for yrs. More than 20, the pricing was okay at first, but after getting on SS it just gets higher. I have had more trouble with tv than internet. Channels go out, freeze, replace cable boxes more times than I can count. I now pay $161. and just getting to high for me to pay. I don't watch cartoons, some other channels I get I don't want. I like others my have to change as just to high. The people that work there re fine just PRICING its not good to me.
