Never been late so I'm not sure about their shut off policy. Had ele/water for 3 years. Internet for 1 year. Great service. Don't pay with card. They make you pay credit card fees. Petty.
Of all the utility companies I've dealt with in my life these people are by far the best and easiest to work with. They actually act like they care about their customers. They provide water, sewer, electric, phone, and internet service. If you have a problem you can call them and get help from someone who lives in the area. You don't have to wait on hold forever. You don't have to work your way through automated menus. You just talk to a person who can either fix the problem or send someone to take care of it quickly.
Some of the highest deposits I have ever had and I've lived in west palm beach, charleston sc, greenville sc, nashville and michigan and this is by far the highest deposits I have ever been asked for. Absolutely ludicrous. Hopefully the service is worth the extremely high deposits. I have my doubts, but I am loving the speeds of the internet.
