The staff here is wonderful! It's never crowded in the waiting room and they make you feel like a priority!
We had read a lot of great reviews about this vet office so in the need of an emergency we came to this clinic. Our beloved Great Dane puppy fell ill with vomiting and bloody stool on day 2 we new we had to take him to the vet so my husband waited in there parking lot for over an hour till they opened up. Our experience with them was not a good one. they basically just pump an IV and gave him some antibiotics and said he has a stomach virus if he doesn't get better bring him back in two day, later that night I had to watch our beloved Smokie pass away in a horrible death. I'm not sure if this vets office was trying to save us money by not doing lab work or an x ray but we paid a lot of money for this precious baby and we would have done ANYTHING to save his life he wasn't just a pet he was family! So my recommendations on my experience please don't take your dog here in the need of an emergency. Take them to a vet hospital
they first opened—and the service is never anything less than extraordinary. We've had more than one (make that, four!) run-ins with chocolate, and each time, they've fixed her up right away. They've also helped get her allergies under control, advise us on an injured knee and remove a nail that was crushed, among various other reasons for visits. Each time, the care she receives is top-notch, and they never fail to call the next day to check on her. Plus, it's easy to get an appointment day-of, and anytime there's been an emergency, the team manages to get us in right away. While our pup primarily sees Dr. Nickels, the days that she's been out, we've gone to Dr. Prince, who has also been excellent. I wouldn't feel comfortable taking Ella anywhere else!
The individuals are very nice and carrying to our animals we have in our home, which they are a great plus in helping me with my PTSD.
We've been taking our pup here for the six years we've been living back in the area—though my mom has been taking her canine posse there since
Great place, awesome people, and it's reasonably priced. I love bringing my three fur babies here.
