I recently purchased a new vehicle from Russell Barnett Ford of Tullahoma and it was a great experience. All of the staff members seemed genuinely eager to help and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Anthony Spears was the salesman I worked with and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at and listened when I described what I was looking for and what features of a new car were most important to me. I didn't feel pressured to buy a car and I didn't feel pressured to spend outside of my budget. Anthony and the finance manager both wanted to get me what I wanted at a fair price. I was totally taken aback by Russell Barnett 's caring and considerate attention! I feel that I was treated as though I was buying a new, high dollar vehicle! When in all actually, I was buying a 6 year old one! As part of our purchase agreement, a trunk latch was ordered to be installed, along with some cosmetic TLC! When my wife drove "her" car home, that evening a few minor issues arose! I emailed R.B. Ford about our new found discoveries!! They were immediately committed to taking care of these other issues when the car was scheduled for the TLC visit!! Everything was taken care of with no charges involved, except for one repair that does not affect the safety, operation or performance of my vehicle! Speaking of performance, in my sincere and honest opinion the team at R.B. Ford acted above and beyond any expectations I had!!!! Oh, did I mention they gave me a loaner while "my wife's car" was in the shop ???? Now that is what I am talking about!!!!!!!!!
Was scheduled for a recall repair at this location. While I was standing outside waiting for my wife to pick me up I was nearly hit by a russell barnett employee. A poor decision by an employee could of resulted in a serious injury. It was the craziest thing I have ever seen. There were other places to park and a service tech flies across the parking lot and right into the spot I was standing. Our first impression was a poor one needless to say.
We rode away with a new Explorer and new friends. THANKS GUYS!!!
