They have always been extremely helpful even when we haven't purchased a vehicle from them. They always take the time to explain exactly what the issue is.
I did not buy my Kia Optima at this place, however, I did have it serviced here. The lady that answers the phone in the service department is VERY VERY rude. She needs customer service skills ASAP. (That is the ONLY reason for my 2 star rating.)
