He is a great surgeon! Super nice.
Dr. Fiala did my mother's knee replacement, and did a great job. It was very successful. He wanted her other knee fixed too, but before she could get it done she found out she had ovarian cancer, and then several other things happened and she never got it done. He treated her wonderful.
Dr. Fiala does not have good bedside manner, nor does the lady at the front desk nor his assistant, i was referred to them myself by my dr, and my daughter was to, they told me one thing for my daughter and are now telling me something different. I definitely would not recommend this place.
Horrible experience went in because er doctor thought it was fractured but it's wasn't. Dr. Martin J fiala was rude and said not to go to er for things like this. In his words" people like you with minor issues like a runny nose or rash." I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life. I wouldn't advise going to him for anything. Never been treat so poorly by a doctor in my life.
IN MY OPINION: He is the worst doctor I have ever been to. Yes he did my CT surgery, however, his customer service and his patient care is severely lacking! If he's not making money off of you then he doesn't care! He doesn't care if you can't lift anything or open jars, or carry anything including your young children, his response is I don't want to get involved! I highly suggest you find a different physcian and safe yourself the aggrivation.
