Great place to get your hair cut. Love all the lady's there.
My husband and I decided to get his hair cut because he has an important interview tomorrow.So we looked up the store hours and it said we close at 9 so we ran up to tullahoma and as we where getting close to store a worker was standing at front door ( we pulled up at 8:20) and as we parked and got out she ran over and turned the open sign off .Then ran in the back behind one of the stalls but we could still see her because there is a mirror in the back that showed us her reflection.We sat there for a minute because we couldn't believe she did it.Then we watched her run to the back and turn the light off in the store I am not very happy with great clips I will never recommend them to anyone we left and drove by the front of the store at 8:45 and we could see her in there walking around in the dark. She has ruined my opinion of great clips indefinitely . If she doesn't want to cut people's hair she should quite and chose a better job just not hind and go seek . Also Great Clips poor choice of employee.
Customer service is okay. The skill of the average stylist is mediocre excluding the nice Russian stylist. A lot of the staff stink of cigarettes which is a major turn off. I've had words with management twice about them ruining my hair. Is a basic men's fade that hard? I'm busy with work, thus limiting my ability to drive to another town, so until I move to a metropolitan area this is the best I can get. I use the word best VERY loosely I might add. If you go there...ask for the Russian lady! #justsaying
