The worst gel & pedicure I have ever had. I almost did "an emergency call" to bail me or of there. First, I don't think anything in there was sanitary. Then, all the colors they had were cheap and I knew they would be off by the next day (which they were). Then the pedicure was so ridiculous I don't even know what I paid for. There was no scrub/massage/or shaping of the nail. She basically just painted my nail. Then I told her my nails were burning when I was soaking my gel off and her only reply was... "You weird girl". She did one quick and thin layer of the gel and another quick and thin layer of the Gel color. That was it and 2 DAYS later I needing my nails done again... But I can reassure you it will never be from Nail 1st again.

I went to get my nails done at this business out of pure desperation. I was in town from another state and did not have time to get my nails done in my home state because of an unexpected death in the family and funeral in Tullahoma. I asked for Solar Nails and the guy said my nails looked like gel nails to him. He wanted to do French gel nails, so it is my fault that I let him talk me into them instead of my beautiful natural-looking Solar Nails (which are very high quality acrylic over my own natural nails.) The finished look was fine for the moment, even though I do not ever allow my French manicures to be airbrushed on...but the quality was poor because by the next day there were spidery-looking cracks all through the airbrushed white French tips of my nails. The airbrushing chipped and cracked, and I had not had my hands exposed to anything more rigorous than showering and washing my hands! Then I had the pedicure done. I can honestly say I have never had a poorer-looking pedicure in my life. The woman who did my pedicure was yelling at her two kids, who kept arguing, and she cut the whole side off the tip of my big toenail right where it was very conspicuous. She then polished the white French tip of the other big toenail onto my skin and told me she was "cheating" to make it look the same length as the other big toenail, which she had ruined. I called her attention to the fact that half the end of my big toenail had been cut off and she said that was just "shaping"...uh, no, she accidentally cut it off when she was looking at and yelling at her kids while she should have been paying attention to my pedicure. She ended up cutting half the tip off another of my toenails while she continued to yell at her kids. She then sent the youngest one in the back and ordered her to practice piano. I was ready to pull my hair out by the time I left the salon, between the fighting and yelling and piano playing and my ruined nails! I will never go to this salon again because the guy who did my manicure was unfriendly, the French airbrush job was of poor quality, the noise level of two fighting kids, the yelling mother/pedicurist and the piano banging was nerve-shattering and she cannot do a proper pedicure to save her life, for she cut chunks out of my toenails which had been perfectly pedicured before she got hold of them (I only needed her to shorten them a little and do a French pedicure. I have done a better job on them when I have done them myself!) The cost was no bargain, either. I get mine done for far less with higher quality products and beautiful results in my home state. Stay away from this salon if you want to preserve your nails and your sanity!

I love the relationship we have built over time. I have so much fun & love the quality of work they do

What a joke. Me and my mother went here for a pedicure and the lady charged me 33 and my mom 27 then when my mom said it was together she said $77 dollars....not only does she try to rip people off. The massage chairs do not work and i had a ball in my back the entire pedicure. I would not go back here if someone paid me!! Honestly would not have given it 1 star if it didnt make me. Don't waste your time!!
