I would've put five but the last time I went there was a different Receptionist and she really got under my skin/annoyed the pants off of me. The rest of the staff are so friendly! I feel welcomed/part of the family when I go in! Always fast, clean, and kind.
I only put so many starts so people would see this, I took my sister here 2/24/17 and they told us she had a viral infection but she didn't need any meds. We ended up having to rush her to vandi a week later with a fever of 103.4 and she had to stay a few day, due to a viral infection that went untreated. It's now 3/12/17 and she just now gaining energy back and able to go to school. Please get a second opinion if they tell you or your child you don't need any meds!!!!!
Point of urgent care - Fast Pace service for working individuals who don’t have time for routine medical check ups but still expect the same quality as though being cared for regularly by their PCP.
I wish I didn't even have to put one star on here. Sadly I overheard a nurse say that he hated kids after coming out of a room with a sick child. Completely disrespectful. You don't have to like kids but keep that away from work. Especially if you see children everyday. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
This place isn’t providing quality healthcare and shouldn’t be open, please provide Tullahoma with an urgent care facility that actually do what they say.

Waited 3 hours for my 8 year old son to see the doctor for strep. And they called the wrong prescription in for him. I called twice the next day and cannot get the PA to call in the correct one. My poor little boy needs his antibiotics! The place only had a few people ahead of me so not that busy.
Awful customer service they have services listed on their website that they don’t offer ohhhh and someone answering the phones who obviously isn’t qualified to do so-
