Not the greatest customer service. Waiting on a part for over 4 months. Called to check in a few times and they always tell me they will check on it, but they never call me back. Finally I call again (almost 4 months from original order), they tell me that they have had it for two weeks, but can't find it. That's it. No we re-ordered it, no we've been looking for it, etc. Just, "Well, I'll ask the guy who checked it in two weeks ago if he has seen it. So, we'll keep looking for it. If you don't hear from us, call us back in a few days." I am at a loss for words. Go to Lowe's.
