I bought my Janome sewing machine here, and I got a lemon. They weren't happy when I brought back a $999.00 sewing machine (on sale) and tried to convince me there was nothing wrong with the machine. As soon as they realized the machine DID have a problem, even though the exchange time limit had expired they bent over backwards with the company for me. I was given a new machine and a free yearly maintenance check on my machine. By the way, I love my sewing machine and have bought other items from this store. They are fair people.
