Called to get info on social security question. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 instead of a 1 star is because the man who helped me was very knowledgeable and nice. This review isn't about the staff but about trying to reach by phone. It was a LONG wait time (about 15-20 minutes) and I had to listen to the WORST hold music I have ever heard. Sounds like someone clanking silverware, scratching things together, etc. with static in the background.
Usually the wait isn't too unbearable for this location is pretty organized & proficient!

They were really good about getting in touch with me for available appointments. the person I interviewed with was smart and kind. I got seen right away after I got there on time. I had been to the offices in mcminnville and had a horrible experience in 2008.
The Guard is always friendly and Opens Doors for you no matter rain or shine!!!(his disposition makes anyone's day just a little better)
Birth certificates are no longer valid forms of identifications for minors at this location. Notes on school letterhead with your child's name and date of birth are not valid either. They will only issue you a replacement social security card for your child if you are on Tenncare....
