Worked there 6 months and retired. Worst job experience in my life. I worked for State of TN at another agency for over 20 years and had a good job, good boss and coworkers. I would have never transferred here if I had known the situation. Although I received a good raise adjustment it wasn't worth it. My boss was terrible, no compassion for anyone. First day on job no one would hardly speak to me, found out later one of the workers wanted my job. Well I left after six months and I hope she got it. They were terrible to people coming in and the boss, Greta, was even worse to me. I never reported it, I just retired after that dreadful experience. I would not go to that office if I lived across the street from it.
If I could give zero stars I would. The employees here gave me the worse experience in my life. Rudest employees. Not even just towards me. I watched how they treated everyone else in the building. Treated everyone rudely. They need to really re-think how they treat their fellow citizens. Very disappointed and concerned with the people who work here.
Great service very helpfull and friendly . Waiting time is really short and will be processed as soon as signed in. Why is this dmv NOT open on tues dec 27th when the website says open today before i left my house which is about 25 miles...this upsets me i needed a picture id to be to wk at 7 am in the morning
This place is horrible. My wife took my daughter to get an id and had to make 3 trips in a period of 3 days because she didn't have a voter registration? On 1 of the trips a non English speaking lady brought her daughter to get a driver license and they openly admitted that they were illegal in the country. The old bastard that waited on my wife walked over to the big fat chick (heather or something like that ) they whispered a few mins and just gave this illegal a license. This whole place needs immediate attention and the old guy who wouldn't give us his name and heather both need to be fired. I will be doing follow ups and I will catch this awful behavior on video it seems it happens alot.
