Stayed here during Irma. The entire staff was amazing! The bedding was soft and very comfortable. I enjoyed their complimentary breakfast every morning. They allowed our dogs to stay too and were so sweet to them. I'm glad I was able to find such a wonderful, safe place to stay during the hurricane. From the front desk (Misty) to the service staff, everyone at Holiday Inn Express Tullahoma went above and beyond to make our stay as stress free as possible.
Nice room and staff. There room was nice and everything about the stay went well.
Clean and we'll maintained bedroom and bathroom. Very hospitable desk staff. Breakfast was fairly stale. This hotel is one of the better otpions in the area and I will stay here again in the event I need to do an overnight in town.
The beds suck. Unless you like a SUPER firm spring mattress you will not have a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good except for the pancake machine and the seating area was cozy. The staff that I've spoken to have been nice. The shower has great pressure and the decor is modern and pleasant. The linens feel soft against your skin.
Clean, free breakfast, fast service. Conveniently located across a Wal-Mart and other stores. My only reason for 4 stars is because the price is pretty steep. If $150 for one night is in your budget, then I recommend.
