We are absolutely satisfied with every aspect our our mattress buying experience at Mattress Firm. The person that helped us, Melody, was so amazing, and extremely helpful in helping us find exactly what we needed. We had our mattress delivered to our new home in Memphis. We were going to be out of town for a while right after our purchase, and I believe we scheduled it to be delivered in about two weeks. It was delivered on time, and the deliverers were professional and efficient. I highly recommend this store!

Wow, the amount of knowledge that our sales person (Robert) had was unbelievable. He was able to get us the mattress and base we needed to feel rested and help some joint pains I've been dealing with. After a few months on our new mattress I was able to confidently recommend other family members to buy from Mattress Firm and they are VERY happy with the recommendation.
As someone who has many health problems, this bed is heaven!!! It gives support to my aching joints & back, while keeping the rest of my body in-line. I am amazed at how much of a difference a great quality mattress can make!! I wake up rested - even on 5-6 hours of sleep - and in MUCH less discomfort which I've never found before! This is the best investment I've made for my own health!! I undoubtedly and HIGHLY recommend this mattress to others!
Excellent experience! Our salesman Robert is a huge asset to that store. He knows his stuff! Our experience shopping there was flawless, delivery was on schedule and the Red Carpet delivery company guys were very friendly, courteous and respectful to our us and our home.
Bought one of their top end house brand twin mattress, a year ago for a truddle bed. This is surprising comfortable given it lays on a suspension bed spring frame (no box springs). All adults visiting have said the mattress was great sleep comfort. Planning to buy another. See Robert as he will give you a good deal.
