They have the best garlic butter dipping sauce. Pizza wise is very average. But they are right around the corner from me so delivery is quick. LOL!
ordered a pizza and was never delivered even tho i don't live far and my order was only 1 large pineapple pizza, order of bread sticks, and a 2 liter of mountain dew. I also never received my refund. I suggest ordering from somewhere else if u want delivery. It is unacceptable and sadly irritating to not have a simple order completed and i hope the general manager realizes he/she seriously needs to fine better employment in order to run the store the way its meant to be. I will no longer suggest this place for anyone to ever order from and sadly i don't think ill ever order from this place again no matter where i am. I also strongly suggest everyone does the same.
They quit taking orders way at least 30 minutes before they close. Plus why does this one close at 10 and the manchester one is open till 11?
Update: just got it after an hour and a half. It's cold and stale. NEVER ordering here again. They offered no new pizza or refund. Bad customer service.
I've loved Papa Johns since I was a child. My fiancé and I ordered a pizza an hour before they closed and paid online with a generous tip.
This place is awful. They completely screwed my pizza up and were very rude, and hateful when I called about it. I'll be going elsewhere for pizza.
An hour and five minutes pass and we never got a call asking for help finding us. We even left our apartment door open. We called and thankfully someone answered even though they were closed. They said he knocked for a while ("five minutes or more") and called us, which he never did and we confirmed the number on our Papa Johns account and checked that it was on loud. Even if he did call he never left a voicemail. I most likely won't be ordering here again.
