They don't even deserve the 1 star. They screwed up the order and said pizza they left behind was on the way, only to tell us it is our fault we don't have the pizza. Ordered 5 pizzas how hard is it to count 1-5 before delivering. Hint that is one pizza per finger on one hand.
We ordered a pizza, wings and a brownie. The driver got almost $5 tip and the Brownie wasn't in the order. We told her and she said she'd bring it back but NEVER did. I called the store to complain and the smartass manager said we didn't order the brownie. My wife was sitting right next to me when I made the order and saw me place it. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE ASSH???? AGAIN. NEVER!!! Sorry service and a lying manager.
I'm going to try and be fair in this. Until tonight, I have never had a problem with these guys. Always got what I ordered in a timely matter. Tonight however I called and ordered 1 large thin crust with 6 toppings, 1 large hand tossed with pepperoni & olives and 1 order of breadsticks with cheese. I was promised 1 hour delivery or less, it took the driver 1 hour 45 minutes to deliver. When we got the pizza it was cold. Instead I'd thin crust it was stuffed cheese crust with 3, not 6 toppings, the other was pepperoni with sausage not olives. The breadsticks were plain/ no cheese. I don't know what happened but I'm very disappointed and am debating whether I should keep doing business with them. Past good service is the only reason I'm giving this branch only 3 stars this time. Poor service
The next to oldest pizza joint in town. Slowwwwwwwww service. If you go there to eat don't be in a hurry. And in the summer time it's always like 85 degrees in there. And that's not just a "oh one of our air conditioners is down." It must be a corporate thing because it's been that way since the 70's. I would have to say very average. Very typical. Not a sparkling clean place but the staff is friendly. And it depends on your type of pizza. Some people, this is the only place they will get pizza. And that's groovy!
Ordered online & was expected to be ready at 4:55... Got there at 5:10... They didn't have my pizza. Ordered again at 5:19... Didn't get it until 6. They burnt my pizza while they were standing around with 4-5 people standing around. The store manager was delivering pizzas.... I waited an hour and a half for 2 medium pizzas & some bread sticks!!!!! Will NOT be returning! I was not the only person there that waited that long... In fact another couple was eating for free because they did the same thing the week before!!! Do not go here!!
