Free, has doggie bags and trash one on each side, a segregated park for littler dogs(I don't personally believe in it), doggie-human fountain(didn't work while I was here), water spicket and community dog bowl, 1 tree on each side, gazebo outside, a bench in each park but no tables, pretty decent grassing, mud prone areas under trees next to benches, a couple of homemade and donated pieces of agility equipment(not the best), sturdy fencing, no community toys, no bathroom, no standing water or ponds, pretty quiet area except State road nearby and cars(definitely not loud), kinda on the edge of town, not very busy.

Nice overall. Everything is okay though the fountain doesn't work. Decent size. Basically everything I'd expect a decent dog park to be. Nothing exceptional, but definitely adequate. Great addition to Tullahoma.
