Paid extra for okra they give me fries also took 16 minutes to get my wrong order and it wasn't busy at all.
The food was cold and the chicken was very small and so overbreaded that it was hard to chew and there was almost no actual chicken in it. I must say the McMinnville store is always very good and always fresh and hot.
I was so very impressed with the customer service here.. Which is very rare these days. The two cashier's that were working daytime on December 6th.. Were the nicest food service employees that I have meet in a long time..I was greeted when I came in.. Not the usual greeting because they had too.. They had smiles ear to ear.. One was helping an older gentleman get the app on his phone in order to get his free desert.. My order was taken correctly, food was hot and delicious..I will definitely be back..
They have gone down in their portion size and up in their prices. But it's still Captain D's. It's been here forever and kind of a staple in town. The product and quality are still the same as always.
