Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend moving into one of their properties. They are rundown and falling apart. My ceiling leaked even though they said they just replaced the entire roof. It leaked so much a part of the ceiling fell, and they never repaired it after I requested. The floor felt like it would collapse at any moment. The landlord's office was a trap. If another car showed up after you, you couldn't leave until they were done. And, they would go two weeks before mowing the jungle that formed on the front lawn. Again, if you're desperate, use them, but I'd caution you even in that desperation to consider someone else.
