Been here going on 7 months, and I absolutely love it. Michael and Larry go above and beyond to take care of you and any needs or concerns you may have!!!! They have treated us like family. Couldn't ask for better people!!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!!
The people who own there home should not have to take care of there lot like mowing and pick up the leaves the tree belong to the South gate Park and the grass is their to they need to do the mowing also.

Not a bad place to live for a short time rental unless you like living very close to others and not much privacy. There are very friendly people that live there and very kid friendly!!!!
Price isn't bad. Must mow and take leaves in a timely manner which they give you a reasonable amount of time if for some reason you can't I believe it costs 100$. Stray cat issues and dogs. I've had dog feces all over my yard since I moved in and this is probably the first dog me and my brother in law have had on property. He lived here many years, now I took over his lot in November got a puppy Christmas Eve but theirs this little dog that keeps coming to our yard just to drop a duece. Theirs also about 25 stray cats roaming.
