I've even witnessed a woman buy a yeti soft side cooler.... after she filled it with tumblers. I asked the cashier " wow you guys don't check in these when someone buys one?" Knowing what I saw her put in there and she still did not... so id have to assume the employee was maybe in on it .... it's my last resort when looking for gear, which is sad. I'd love to have a close place to go for our baseball,football,lacrosse and scouting needs...
Hard to find anyone to help you out most of the time.
I worked here, it was AWFUL. There's never enough employees to assist at shoes or gun counter. the registers are slow and always breaking down or needing the manager override causing lines to back up and making the customers unhappy. The rewards program is useless because the coupons exclude just about everything in the store which was the biggest customer complaint. The management is awful, half of the things in the store aren't priced right or don't have a price tag at all. It's a shame they sell such great products but the way the store is run is awful. Especially for employees, the managers like to practice favoritism. And the scheduling is stupid, I closed with two other employees on Black Friday night and that's a big store. I folded 5 overflowing shopping carts worth of shirts and hoodies by myself. This store needs to get it together. It's constantly a mess and unorganized and a few of the employees were just slobs who treated the store like their bedroom and didn't care if it was clean. The only good thing about this store are the products they sell, everything else absolutely sucks and I hate it.
Very poorly displayed items, and that includes spreading stock out to appear full.. so 5 pegs with 1 thing or 1 peg half full with 5 things.... over priced, LOTS of damaged packaging.
I have never in my life been so disrespected and belittled by a sales associate. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store since they opened and never had any problems. Until today. I was denied a purchase because I look like someone else that was trying to make a similar purchase a week or so ago. I think he denied me because of the shirt I was wearing. Just so happens THIS WAS MY WORK SHIRT. I will not spend another penny at this store or any Dunhams sports again. They lost a great customer today. I don't even want to give them a 1 star. They don't desirve any stars.
Cant get service of help in the store or on the phone. Either way it's a 30 min wait or longer. Terrible service
I feel like this particular store is a Big Lots wanting to be Docks spotting goods..
