Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Unfriendly from the get go but I didn't let that stop me from trying one of their frames unfortunately. After purchasing a pair of frames, I was unsatisfied with how they turned out and decided it would be best with my particular prescription to go with something smaller and full framed instead of rimless on the bottom. Returned them with 48 hours (only because they were closed following day I got them) and maybe wore them a total of fifteen minutes at the most..so they tell me they can only refund money for frames and not the lens and of course in an unfriendly manner. I don't know who came up with their policy but I do know I won't be doing any more business there or recommending anyone. Apparently Wal-Mart Vision Center is the way to go, since (at least at the one in my neighborhood) they actually care about their customer's satisfaction. Save your time and money and stay away from Mahan & Ridley Eye Associates Optical of Tullahoma!
Just had cataract surgery (December 30 2015--they did the other eye last month!) Everything splendid. Dr. Mahan is a terrific physician, and his staff are attentive and helpful. Full marks to everyone!
