I honestly would not give the AT&T Tullahoma retailer 1 star if it was an option. The way the manager has handled my family and handled HER mistake is completely unprofessional in every way. I have never seen such poor manners in a so called "manager". She thinks she is too good to fix her mistakes and wants to blame it on us and gave no help what so ever to get us the help or information we needed to straighten the situation out, even though she should be the one handling it, not my family.
