I'm changing my earlier negative review due to their politeness in addressing the earlier issues. I never mentioned anything about the motherboard needing to be overclocked, but several of the other issues are fairly understandable, and I thank you for your patience and understanding in trying to remedy the situation.
Very nice place, staff is very professional and quick. Prices are very good and fair. Would highly recommend going here if you ever need help with any technology. The owner is nice and understands customer needs and issues.

Tech ER is a fantastic place to hang out, learn, and get your repairs done. I've made several purchases from this company over the course of six months consisting of a Macbook Pro, Galaxy S6, and an external hard drive enclosure. I didn't feel pressured to buy any of these items and every question I asked about them was answered with honesty. I'm not gonna leave a bad review for the owner not negotiating on the price with me, because I wouldn't expect Kroger to negotiate their prices either....
Had a great experience with Tech ER. I took my MacBook pro in to get it's battery replaced. They ordered the part and replaced it in 4-5 days. Staff was super friendly and offered free suggestions on how to fix other minor problems with my laptop! Thanks Blake, and everyone else who helped me!
