Pretty straightforward deal. We had to wait a little bit, but that's the same anywhere. Ms Diane was very sweet and got me taken care of. She really took the time to sit down and ask questions and get the whole picture instead of rushing me out the door. I would definitely go back.
The staff at Urgent Team in Tullahoma is AWESOME! I would not have minded waiting and expected to do so in a walk-in clinic. I was seen very quickly. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
Comment: Dr. Johnson is amazing. The staff was friendly and they really cared. I would come back in a second if I needed to. I wish Dr. Johnson could be my Primary Care Physician, he's that good. He is also wonderful with kids. I had to take my little one in and the whole staff made sure my daughter felt safe and happy.
I will use Urgent Team's services every chance I can.
I absolutely LOVE the providers!!! I could ask for 3 better providers!! The staff works well together and are polite and friendly!
I appreciate that they are available when it suits my schedule. There is hardly ever a wait (and if so it is hours less than my regular Dr office). I get the services I need, from an understanding and kind staff, at the time I need it - all for the same price as my dr office that only does things on their time.
